Correcting Your Business Rates
EVALUATION
One of our evaluators will conduct an initial on-site inspection of your property. After the inspection, they will discuss their findings with you, presenting initial comparable evidence to support a potential reduction in your business rates liability.
REGISTRATION
Upon your appointment, the Surveying & Audit Department at CORPORATE COMMERCIAL SURVEYORS (CCS) will facilitate the registration of your property and CCS as your agent with the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) through the Government Gateway.
INSPECTION
One of our inspectors will come to your property to conduct a comprehensive examination, including a review of the premises and, if necessary, an analysis of the business's profit and loss accounts.
CHECK CHALLENGE APPEAL
If the inspector identifies a potential decrease in your business rates liability, they will initiate a check as a component of the Check Challenge Appeal process.
